RETURN AND REFUND

DELIVERY

We aim to ship all orders within 3-5 business days, while outlying areas may take longer than five days.

No deliveries are made on weekends or public holidays.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to return the goods, please contact us within seven days of receiving your package, specifying the reason for the return. Items returned to us without prior return request will not be accepted.

Returned products, excluding products deemed defective, must meet the following criteria to be eligible for a refund:

  • Products must be in a resalable condition, unsoiled and without damage to the container, lid, seal or label.

  • Products must not be opened.

  • Products must be in their original packaging.

  • Products must be returned to USN within seven (7) days of receipt.

If you believe a product is defective/inconsumable, please contact us for assistance from our quality control department who will guide you through the correct process. If the product has been opened, USN will only issue a refund if the product is found to be defective/inconsumable.

REFUND

The best way to ensure the return process is completed as quickly as possible is to return the item you own, and once the return is accepted and approved, a voucher code for the same amount as the original product purchased will be sent to you via email. This promotional code can be used to purchase new products.

If your return is approved and you request a refund, you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it can also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund. If it has been more than 15 business days since we approved your return, please contact us.
